Day One

Ok, so first blog (I am copying Jess, cause I think it's a great idea)...plan on this not being that interesting! BUT, hopefully with time it will get better.

The object of this Dear Diary is to keep you, my friends and family up to date on the goings on of me and my much funnier half- husband Michael. Whom, I hope will contribute every once and a while to at least keep this interesting...could be wishful thinking.

PS. I am praying that this blog site gives me a squiggly red line when I spell something wrong otherwise things could get embarrassing.

About us...if you don't already know.

Michael and I have been married for almost two years. We currently have two cats, Debbie and Chester. And are thinking that we might throw a child (followed by three more which I should maybe mention to Michael) into the mix someday. No, not nine months from now. But I'll keep you posted. We love skiing and golfing (alright lets be honest both of these I am sometimes dragged to kicking and screaming but if I told you what my real interests were, reality tv, I would look like a real loser). We do really love laughing which we do a lot and just having a good time in general among a whole lot of other things which I hope to explain in future blogs.

Michael and I live in *cough* White Rock, alright South Surrey in a townhouse and are currently not liked by any of our neighbors because as much as we do like kids we just don't like theirs. And will (as mentioned in that letter to strata) softly nudge them with our car when they refuse to move their- slow, learning little skateboarding selves over to the side of the road when we are trying to get out of the complex. I digress..it's a lovely neighborhood and in this crazy city we will never be able to afford elsewhere so we LOVE it.

I hope to blog every week - maybe even a little bit everyday, but I tend to start things and never finish them so we'll have to see. I am doing this mostly because I have always wanted to keep a diary but I can barely hand write anymore so typing it is.

And I just realized that I am currently talking to no one, so more to come once I have some subscribers.

Sincerely,
Court
